Decameron Marazul Hotel San Andrés, San Andrés

The Marazul provided a lovely stay with its clean and comfortable accommodations, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The snorkeling trips to nearby cays were a highlight, but the beach area had a lot of seaweed, which was a bit frustrating. Dining was generally good, particularly at the steakhouse, but the service at some restaurants could be improved. Overall, it was a great value for a relaxing vacation.

Our stay at Marazul was truly delightful. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed us, and the friendly service made us feel welcome right from the start. Although the beach wasn't ideal due to seaweed and size, the pool was a great alternative. The dining options were tasty, though we noticed some limitations in variety.
