Reviews and Ratings
The Marazul provided a lovely stay with its clean and comfortable accommodations, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The snorkeling trips to nearby cays were a highlight, but the beach area had a lot of seaweed, which was a bit frustrating. Dining was generally good, particularly at the steakhouse, but the service at some restaurants could be improved. Overall, it was a great value for a relaxing vacation.
Our stay at Marazul was truly delightful. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed us, and the friendly service made us feel welcome right from the start. Although the beach wasn't ideal due to seaweed and size, the pool was a great alternative. The dining options were tasty, though we noticed some limitations in variety. Overall, it was an excellent value for money, especially considering the access to snorkeling and beautiful views.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the spacious and clean rooms and great dining options. The beach was nice for sunbathing, but the swimming conditions weren't ideal. While the service varied, the friendly staff members made our experience better. However, the location was a bit far from the center, leading to some expensive taxi rides.
My stay at the resort was quite an experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I found the air conditioning issues frustrating. The dining options were varied but lacked flavor. The location allowed access to nearby beaches with shuttle services, although some amenities were lacking. Overall, there were some enjoyable moments, but a few aspects left much to be desired.
We had a great stay at Decameron Marazul, which is known for its small private beach that, while not massive, is better than many options around San Andres. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. The food was delicious, particularly at the more elegant restaurant, although some dishes in the buffet could have been improved. Despite a few minor shortcomings, the staff made the experience memorable with their attentiveness. The free access to other Decameron resorts was a definite plus. However, the entertainment could’ve started a bit earlier for our liking.
